Hotel Reservation

Beijing Hengrui Conference Services Co Ltd is the official agent appointed to handle hotel reservations. Beijing Hengrui Conference Services Co Ltd has secured competitive rates for delegates at selected hotels closed to the Hangzhou International Expo Center (HIEC), to suit a range of budgets and preferences.

Hotel reservation for all paid delegates will be open from Jul 23 to Aug 28, 2025. Rooms are reserved on the first-come-first-serve basis and subject to availability.

 * Room rates are inclusive of breakfast(s), service charges/taxes and in-room wireless Internet access. Payment will be charged in Chinese RMB, while the quotations in US Dollars are for reference only and may vary subject to the currency exchange rate.

 # Shuttle services will be provided between Maison New Century Hotel Qian Tiang Century City Hangzhou, HolidayInn Hangzhou Xiaoshan Hotel and the Congress venue, and the travel time is calculated based on normal traffic conditions.

 Hotel Reservation

• Full payment is required to secure the booking of the hotels listed above. If payment is not received within 2 days after the booking request is placed, the request will be cancelled.

• For booking of more than 3 rooms, please make a request for group booking at ccosdingfang@163.com.

• The Full payment via paypal is required to secure your booking. Most credit cards including Visa, Mastercard,American Express, Diners Club and Discover are accepted via Paypal .

 Cancellation & Refund Policy *

     • Free cancellation before 15 Aug 2025.

     • One night’s room rate will be charged for cancellation after 15 Aug 2025.

     • No refund for cancellation from 20 Aug 2025 onwards.

     • All refunds are subject to bank charges and will be processed within 7 working days after the conference. 

 General Terms & Conditions

• Standard check-in is available from 14:00 and check-out at 12:00. Early check-in or late check-out (after 12:00) cannot be guaranteed and may subject to extra charges.

• Please fill in the guest names (as printed in the passport) under the personal Information page to avoid any inconveniences during check-in.

• A deposit, either in cash or with a credit card, may be required at check-in in accordance with the hotel policy.

• Special requests, such as extra-bed, are subject to availability and a surcharge.

• Date and time are all based on Beijing Time (GMT+8).
